  • get instructions on how to build a community and chat with a mentor! This is very important at this stage!

step 2
meetings

  • determine topics, formats, and frequency of meetings for your community

  • schedule your first meetings: to begin with, it will be enough to plan 7-8 meetings in 2 weeks: 4-5 in the first week and 3-4 in the second

first circle 

  • post the schedule for the first week in the community channel

  • start telling your potential audience about your project and upcoming meetings

  • suggest subscribing to the community feed to attend meetings and not miss anything

  • periodically post details of upcoming meetings in the community channel

  • to begin with, it is enough to gain 100-200 subscribers in the channel

  • from the moment of publication to the first meeting, let you have 8-10 days for "warming up" - preliminary communication with your audience.

step 4 
success and development 

  • during meetings and after them, interact with participants so that they give you feedback: what they liked, which speaker was interesting and why, what topics they would like to talk about at the next meeting, what was interesting to them and who might interest them

  • start preparing the next schedule immediately after the first meeting of the current week - you will need time to prepare; you already have 3-4 meetings scheduled for the next week; you need to add another one for this next week and 3-4 the week after that; take a break for 1-2 days between schedules

  • after each meeting, post a short overview or video of the meeting on the channel, motivate followers to discuss it and share it with others

  • continue to tell your potential audience about your community, past and upcoming meetings; suggest subscribing to the community feed so you don't miss anything.
